Check published releases- Open the downloaded DMG and drag ShogunAI into Applications.
- Open ShogunAI and finish the privacy and Accessibility setup.
- Open the notch to search local memory. Configure optional connections and agent credentials in Settings.
Updates currently require downloading the latest DMG, quitting ShogunAI, and replacing the app in Applications. Your local memory stays in Application Support.

Gmail requires your Composio credentials and consent. Calendar is coming soon. Live meeting captions require your speech-provider key. Agent runs require a supported local CLI or your API key.
